The production of custom ropes begins with understanding the client’s needs and specifications. In this process, we work closely with end-users and customers to ensure the final product meets the exact technical requirements of the intended environment. Rope breaking strength and wear resistance are critical factors considered during the design phase, significantly influencing material selection.
We aim to provide cost-effective material choices. We use the following materials:
- Polypropylene – The most common rope material, easy to knot due to its coarse surface. Available in blue and green, or in custom colors for larger orders.
- Polyester – A fabric-like rope with excellent UV protection. Comfortable to handle and sinks in water. Standard colors are white and navy blue, with custom colors available for larger orders.
- Polyethylene – Extremely abrasion-resistant material, ideal for applications such as cable pulling. Standard color is orange.
- HMPE – A replacement for steel wire ropes. Features minimal stretch, better UV protection than polyester, excellent chemical resistance, and is lightweight yet strong. Available in all RAL colors.

Each product comes with a product data sheet detailing the specifications of the project-specific product. This document defines the product’s properties, from packaging type to strength and transportation unit. The data sheet can also include an image of the finished product/application or additional information to support end-users or installers.

Our delivery time promise for standard products is 24/5, meaning that products ordered before noon are distributed almost anywhere in Finland the next business day. Our warehouse holds approximately 350 standard products for binding, fastening, and lifting. Custom products are always manufactured to order, with delivery times starting at two weeks. The exact delivery time is confirmed upon ordering.
